• Refund policy — We do not offer refunds unless we made a mistake on the project vs what was approved on the proof process.  Final decisions on this are up to the ownership of the company.
   

• Delivery policy — All items are shipped in accordance with the due date provided by client (or finished by pickup time).  We use UPS, Fedex, and USPS to send garments.  Pickup location is always our North Fort Collins office.   Delivery can sometimes be arranged.

• Return policy – Since the items we sell are one time use and custom made to your directions - we do not offer returns unless we made a mistake on the project vs what was approved on the proof process.  Final decisions on this are up to the ownership of the company.  In which case we would either issue a refund or reprint the project.

• Cancellation policy — Once an order is paid for the garments are ordered and screens are burned - at that point it is too late to cancel.  You may always cancel before you pay.

• Chroma Apparel sells custom screen printed shirts and embroidered garments.  They are custom designed to your needs and are one of a kind.
